01/about

You focus on the big picture. I keep the details organized.

01

CRM Specialist

I manage your CRM, mainly in GoHighLevel, and build the funnels and automations inside it: landing pages, pipelines and follow-up workflows that move every lead and client to the next step.

02

Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant

Your right hand for the day-to-day. I manage your calendar and inbox, help you prioritize, keep you and your team in sync, and follow up so things get done.

03

Online Business Manager

Operations and HR are my specialty. I keep projects and deadlines on track in ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com, write the SOPs your team follows, and handle HR from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.

01RecruitmentHiring support for executive and operations rolesFounder & CEO, U.S. coaching and consulting business

Challenge

The CEO needed an Operations Manager and Administrative Support, but recruiting took up a lot of the CEO's time and there was no consistent way to screen candidates.

What I did

  • Refined both job descriptions around real operational needs
  • Sourced candidates across multiple platforms
  • Screened and shortlisted on experience, communication and culture fit
  • Coordinated interviews and gave hiring recommendations

Results

  • Much less CEO time spent on sourcing and first-round screening
  • A shortlist of qualified candidates aligned with the role and the culture
  • Faster, more confident hiring decisions

What I did

  • Defined the role scope, responsibilities and job description
  • Sourced remote candidates with admin support experience
  • Screened for attention to detail, communication and fit with a fast-paced creative team
  • Led interviews and presented a shortlist with strengths and recommendations

03HR operationsRecruitment and HR operations for a solar companyFounder & CEO, U.S. solar company

Challenge

The company had to hire a remote team of appointment setters and bilingual sales closers fast, with no hiring process, no standard HR documents, inconsistent onboarding and no tracking.

What I did

  • Wrote job descriptions and sourced candidates, prioritizing bilingual talent
  • Managed the CEO's calendar, interview scheduling and trial tasks
  • Created contractor agreements, NDAs, non-competes and onboarding forms
  • Standardized onboarding and offboarding
  • Set up PayPal and Remitly for international contractor payments
  • Built an Excel tracker for the candidate pipeline, hiring status, contractors and payments

Results

  • One place to track candidates, contractors and payments
  • Much less coordination work for the CEO

04GHL automationWebinar registration and automation for a masterclassFounder & CEO, U.S. career coaching business

The masterclass landing page was outdated, there was no registration system, and every registrant got a manual reply, which caused delays and missed follow-ups.

What I did

  • Updated the masterclass landing page in GoHighLevel
  • Built a registration form connected to the CRM
  • Set up an automated confirmation email with the event details and Zoom link
  • Wrote promotional posts for the client's private community and scheduled them in advance

  • A repeatable workflow for future webinars

  • Added priority and task-type labels
  • Standardized task cards with descriptions, deadlines and checklists
  • Trained the team so the system stayed simple to keep up

06Project managementProject management system for a career services businessU.S. resume writing and career services business

Challenge

With more clients coming in, projects were tracked across different tools, workflows varied from writer to writer, and deadlines were hard to see.

What I did

  • Set up ClickUp as the main project management system
  • Built one workflow for every project: Intake, In Progress, Review, Client Feedback, Final Delivery
  • Created task templates with checklists and deadlines
  • Refined the setup based on how the team actually used it

Results

  • Real-time view of every client project and deadline
  • Consistent delivery across all resume projects
  • Fewer missed tasks and delays

07OperationsCentral tracker for tools, subscriptions and loginsU.S. resume writing and career services business

Challenge

Tools and logins were scattered across documents, emails and messages, and overlapping AppSumo purchases meant the business was paying for tools it didn't need.

What I did

  • Built an Excel tracker for every tool: purpose, category, login URL, access and notes
  • Audited the full tech stack and flagged overlapping tools
  • Consolidated logins into one structured place
  • Set a standard format so new tools are easy to add

Results

  • A full view of the business's tech stack
  • Redundant tools flagged to cut unnecessary costs
  • Faster onboarding and quicker access to logins
